2021 Rosé of Sangiovese
Winemaking: The Sangiovese grapes were picked in the early morning, then whole cluster pressed at the winery. The cold juice was racked off the lees then fermented slow and cold in stainless steel barrels.
Tasting note: A pale salmon dry Rosé explodes with rose petal, guava, and orange peel with hints of wild strawberry and lemon zest on the crisp lingering acidic finish.
